Languedoc-Roussillon truly is a magical place on Earth. The Sun is tender, the landscape is never the same, the ancient monuments reign throughout, and the cuisine... mmmm the cuisine! The combination of these pieces makes for a wondrous outcome — a magnificent feeling of inner peace and balance with nature, the dream of idyll life come true.

In Andalusia the Sun is always out. In Andalusia the women are nothing but fascinating. In Andalusia time stands still. In Andalusia you feel like an indomitable bull, you feel inspired, you feel alive!

Meaning of life

Psychologists say that human motivation to undertake any action comes from knowing why this action should be taken. In other words, we first need to know why we should do something before we would want to do it. Following this train of thought, how can we live without knowing why are we living? Survival of the species aside, there should be another, deeper meaning to our existence. Could there be a simple answer to this question? Well, consider this: what if life didn’t have a real meaning, but instead the meaning of life was to be looking for its meaning? Paradox, you will say. Maybe. But who said life wasn’t paradoxical?

¡Hola Madrid!

Plaza Mayor

Visited Madrid last weekend, and what an amazing city it is! Spanish culture is really one of a kind. There is a lot to be learnt from the Spaniards. Especially on how to take it easy and just enjoy life.

The experience was just a glimpse of Spain and its people, though. Many more discoveries remain to be made - I shall be back.
